The City Hall of Palma tries to be an administration faced to the citizenship, effective, efficient and modern. This context opens and limits through the different Attention channels to the Citizenship respect so much to the telephone attention through the SAT-010, like the attention face to face in the OAC (offices of attention to the citizenship) and the attention by e-mail (ajuntament@palma.cat) and in the electronic head office (https://seuelectronica.palma.es).
