If you live in a building built between 1900 and 1910, you will be subject to the Technical Building Inspection, that must be performed before the end of the year.

Two types of subsidies may be applied for until 30th September:

A) Subsidies of up to 60% of the cost of the inspection will be granted to Communities of Homeowners (max. 100 euros per housing unit or local).

B) Homeowners having an annual income below 12,653 euros will be granted a subsidy amounting to 50 euros per housing unit.
